Compiled Financial Statements

Compiled Financial Statements are currently in high demand for Tennessee Contractors. Tennessee House Bill No. 1903 amended the code to allow contractors with a monetary limit greater than $1,500,000 to submit a Compilation instead of a Reviewed Statement beginning March 21, 2024.
